service was ok. price was ridiculously overpriced. charged $634 for a tub faucet that's $120 at Lowe's. called to get clarification, no one answered, left message, no one called back. dont intend to call when I need service again.
They say 100% satisfaction. Hard to do if you never call a customer back.
