Joe and Ann are both very meticulous about the quality of their work. They took every precaution to protect my walls, baseboards, furniture and carpet from damage during the cleaning process. We had significant grout repairs completed. I really appreciated the fact that Joe and Ann took their time making sure the repairs looked as perfect as possible. Joe is extremely knowledgeable regarding any type of stone and the best possible way to care for specific stone types. He was very willing to answer any questions and was very helpful.
