Thank you Dori for helping us fix the lockset. Received the parts from Emtek
Wednesday. Called Don yesterday and he repaired the lockset today. In addition
he fixed the handle issue and dressed the lockset so that it looks brand new. He
also showed us how to open and lock our exterior Anderson Glass doors. No one
showed us how when we bought them new. I can't praise enough about the service
you and he provided. We are so pleased.
