I cannot say enough good things about Whitmore Pest! They run a first class operation from start to finish, and working in the customer service industry myself, I have a strong appreciation for when companies are doing it right! We have been dealing with a Mice infestation in our walkout basement, which eventually led snakes to follow. I was contracted with another pest control company and was told they do not deal with snakes and they never seemed to be able to get a handle on the mice problem. I started doing some research and shopping around for other companies to see what they could offer for my situation. I called Whitmore and spoke with Rachel who was very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations for how they would be able to help. Wilson came out for our initial inspection and was extremely thorough and professional. At our 14 day follow up, Jon and Derek again were very professional and reviewed current status from initial inspection. Jon took the time to walk me through everything he saw as a problem and their plan for how they would address and when they were finished, Jon showed me exactly what they did and explained how it would help. The exclusion work they performed was excellent and I finally feel like there is control over the situation, giving us back our peace of mind!
