Avoid this place if you have a decent vehicle! Make sure you read all negative reviews first.
Took my Lexus LS460 for rear end collision repairs. After 2 weeks I came to inspect the vehicle and was shocked with what they've done. The rear light was loose and about to fall out, the clips were broken and they didn't fix it even though it was on the estimate, the trunk lid above the license plate was rough as sand paper. They agreed to wet sand it down which a week later turned into a smoother area with the number of visible air bubbles. The trunk lid itself was misaligned and had uneven gaps all around. They, again, agreed to fix it, but another week later it was still misaligned at the back and their general manager Ben Calvo stated that it's normal and acceptable as long as it's under 6mm. Small plastic cover pieces that plug the screws were all barely holding in places because again, nothing was properly aligned. The plastic trunk light cover was laying on my rear seat and took me 15 min to figure out were it goes. All trunk interior panels were ripped out from their seams and not tucked back in. The plastic piece at the bottom of the rear wheel niche was broken due to improper vehicle jacking and Ben said they had nothing to do with it.
The finale was when I set in the car and started it, I found that the gas level gauge was below zero (likely Shell gas station is right next to this place). Even though they didn't drive the car because the mileage was only different by a few miles, they must had ran it for air conditioning while working on it. All radio stations were changed and central console had spills all over it.
Don't make the same mistake as I did by bringing my vehicle to this place.
