I had a leak underneath my MBR sink. A service tech showed up to my house sweaty and extremely irritable! He didn’t say much to me even though I tried to ask him questions regarding my sink. When he finished he said it’s fixed and charged me $225. Now he didn’t even use parts. I should’ve checked the sink before he left, but me being so trusting I assumed my sink was fixed. Later that night I used my sink and water just flowed underneath. To make a long story short I have had a tech out to my house 3 times!! Today was the third day and maybe third times the charm?? So far it hasn’t leaked - fingers crossed! I had to wait each day for three days at least 5-7 for the tech to show up. They couldn’t call to give me a window, apparently they don’t or can’t do that?!
My last tech came out twice and he was super nice and apologetic.
Beware, not only are they ridiculously expensive the service is horrible and your time will be wasted!!
