We did not have a positive experience with Harvey West Plumbing and will not be using them again in the future. We have done business with them on two separate occasions now, the first time they came out for a water heater installation and everything went pretty smoothly. However, when I called them up again to replace one of our toilets, there were some serious issues. They replaced our toilet but when sat on it after they left it was loose so we gave them a call and they came back to repair it. Then, there was a leak from the pipe leading to the toilet so we had to call them yet again to get that checked out. They did not do a thorough job and didn't make sure to test their product after installed. Very disappointed.
