I've had good experiences with Harvey West Plumbing in the past, so I was a bit disappointed with their most recent visit. When they came out they were supposed to hook our refrigerator and dishwasher up with the reverse osmosis water system. They couldn't do any of it basically. What they did end up doing was hooking up the garbage disposal, but I still don't have any water for the fridge or dishwasher. Another issue was that they drilled the hole for the dishwasher output too high, so I need to have it redrilled a bit lower. I still paid them $800 for the work, so I think it was a bit too expensive for what I got out of it. Their previous work was flawless. It was very good. I'm not sure what the problem was this time.
