I recently used the services from Harvey West Plumbing and the repairs from them went quite well but the customer service from the company could have been way better. The work itself was done no problem, the issue I had with Harvey West Plumbing was with the customer service, I had a discount that was used on one job and when the job hadn't been completed correctly I called them back out, they did more work and charged me the full amount with no discount. When I brought this up they told me the discount expired but I could have a discount for my next job, which is nice but doesn't help me with my current situation. I also asked for an email from the woman behind the counter so I could send them the discount information and never got a response. Overall I think the work from Harvey West Plumbing went quite well but the customer service was terrible and left a poor taste in my mouth. I would not use their services again unless they righted this situation.
