My water heater broke and I called Harvey West Plumbing that same morning. They said they would be able to get here in the afternoon, but one of the technicians finished early so about 30 minutes later they called me back and let me know they could come out earlier, which was nice. I would use their service again. I thought the price was reasonable considering I ended up needing a whole new water heater. He did a thorough job of explaining what was wrong with my old water heater and about the different options I had as far as warranties and ways to help the water heater last longer, those sorts of things that other people didn't really take the time to explain in the past. He took time for those details.
