Good local plumber but be wary and manage the situation.
I have done business several times with Harvey West some good some bad. As with any contractor you can expect to need to manage the situation. For the most part they are trust worth but if the prices start going up and up you need to put the breaks on them. Don't be afraid to say - enough for today - and call back tomorrow and ask for someone else. Overall they are good but you have to manage the relationship with the provider they send.
