The service was atrocious, and I am very unhappy. I was charged three times what every other company estimated for an intake valve and service call. I shouldn't have paid over $200 for a part that is normally around $50. The on-site technician had no information regarding questions I had. He told me that I'd have to remove some walls and the tub to complete the job, which seemed invasive for how small of a project this was. The technician went into a long explanation about how the tub isn't vented. My house is one hundred years old, and the tub is original to the house. The tub has worked fine for the last hundred years, and I know it's vented because it ties into the commode. I physically showed him the vent, and he argued with me, saying that there needed to be two vents. After this service call, they even informed me that I needed a specialist to come out so that I could get a better idea of the scale of the project. They estimated the total cost of the project to be around $10,000. When I asked for a copy of the invoice, the technician said he couldn't give me a physical copy, but he said he would email it instead. I still it haven't gotten the email. This technician didn't know what he was doing, and I would have been better off doing the work myself than hiring this company.
