They did a good job. I used their services for the first time to have a couple of water shutoff valves installed. So far, everything works well. I actually had another potential plumber that was going to come out, and they offered to do it for a price lower than what Harvey West quoted me. However, when I told Harvey West about that offer, they told me they would be able to do the work immediately for only $5 more than the other plumbing company. I was happy to pay just a few dollars more for faster service. Their technicians were prompt, polite, and they got the job done quickly.
