When he arrived, I didn't know if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. He quoted me both with the toilet he had. I asked about installing customer provided toilet and he quoted that so I went to the local big box store and bought a much cheaper unit and he installed it. He had to wait a few minutes from the time he had removed the old one until I returned, but was very accommodating. Happy with service.
