We picked Harvey West to replace our 2 aging gas water heaters. We had several companies come out to give us quotes and advice, but HW were the most reponsive and helpful during the quoute process, and had competitive prices.

Our overall communications with the technician (Chase) and the management at HW was excellent. They explained everything thoroughly and made it clear what was included and what was not.

The installation went very smoothly despite an upstairs location and the technicians were extremely professional and pleasant to work with.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service, and subsequently have had them back out to expand the existing installation with additional hot water re-circulation locations. I would highly recommend the company and it's staff if you have any minor or major plumbing needs.
