Harvey West Plumbing installed some water heaters in my residence. Overall, I was satisfied with the work they did and the folks who came out to do the work were prompt and professional. However, a couple of weeks later I got a call from them saying my warranty was no good because I didn't have some permit from the city. They didn't tell me what I was supposed to do to get this permit or anything, and I'm still not clear about why. I also had to pay for the permit. But other than that, the work they did was good.
