The guy from Harvey West Plumbing came out and gave me a quote. I paid for the quote, which was not very cheap, and the work was going to cost just too much money so I elected not to have them do it. He wanted $330 to replace the two stops under the sink and another $300 to replace the faucet. I ended up going somewhere else and got it all done for less than $300 which included everything. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable, but their prices were just not very competitive.
