I had 5 plumbers come out from my home warranty company. 4 of the 5 said I needed an isolation test but they weren't qualified to do one. The 5th plumber walked around did nothing and pronounced ".I had no slab leak". My claim was denied. Finally I found Harvey West Plumbing. They sent out Leo and he found my sewer leak in less than 2 hours. The insurance adjuster was there and he cut me a check for my full amount I could receive for damage to 3 rooms & a hall of wood floors. In addition, Based on my plumbing diagnostic by Leo, the warranty company is issuing me a check for $1,000 as they made complete and total mistakes costing me two weeks delay. I just can't say enough about Leo and his helper. Leo is profession, smart and very nice. I have singed up for the $99.00 yearly service agreement with Harvey west Plumbing. I am a Realtor of over 36 years, and this is the best I've seen in quality, workmanship, professionalism and pricing. . And thank you to John , one of the schedulers, as he listened to my tale of woe and gave me expert advice.
