Harvey West plumber was at my home for a total of 2 hours 16 minutes and the total bill came to $1016.78 (NO PARTS REQUIRED). I contacted the company
and asked to speak directly with Harvey West about this $500 per hour labor and was told by Service Mgr. John Pierce that $500 per hour was not uncommon and that I could not speak to Mr. West about it, even though their website says one of the reasons you should hire them is: (5) The owner and president is directly involved in every project and available to you at all times.
