My husband had an accident and our insurance sent us to Days. The have my husband a 17 day window to have it repaired. I thought that was very unprofessional to start but we let them continue and we struggled with our one car for over 2 weeks. They didn't call so my husband called and they said it was not ready and gave another date, four days later. Again we waited and on that day, no phone call. So my husband left a message. NO RETURN CALL. He went down there and was told it was not ready still. 2 more days!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY UNHAPPY. 23 days and still waiting...
