This is my time using Southwest Chem-Dry. They cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and also a large area rug in the living room. James was wonderful. He showed up on time, he was very personable. You don't often find many people that are so good with customers. He was so polite and well mannered. He's been with the company for 10 years, so he has a lot of experience. He explained everything to me, even showed me what he was doing. A long time ago, I heard if you don't want your carpet left wet, call Chem-Dry. James did an excellent job. I do house cleaning, so I will be spreading the word around about Southwest Chem-Dry.
