We had a very good experience with our service techs and the ChemDry process. They were professional, friendly and polite. The cleaning it's self I would rate about an 8 out of 10. Some areas didn't come as clean as I was hoping they would. That said, it was great not to have soaked carpeting and rugs as everything was pretty much dry in less than 2 hours. I would recommend ChemDry.
