I am very pleased with the way that Chad with Southwest Chem-Dry resolved my issue with the carpet technicians that were out the first time for my carpet cleaning. Chad fixed all of the issues that I had and took care of everything the way it should be done. I am satisfied with the carpet cleaning as a result.

The prior review was for the carpet technicians who lied to me and told me that they did not vacuum anymore and quoted that to me as a direct quote from their supervisor. They were in and out of my home in 10-15 minutes, only spraying and raking the carpeting! They lied to me about this. Chad took some disciplinary steps with those technicians as a result.

After Chad came out and took care of everything to my satisfaction I would give him a perfect five-star rating for everything. I will refer them to others with a note to be sure who your technicians are and be very clear of the services they provide.
