Southwest Chem-Dry has cleaned my carpets on two separate occasions now and I can not say enough good things about them! The two young men who did the work were outstanding. They were so polite and they were so willing to help. I believe their names were Bobby and Mario. After the first job, I recommended them to two of my neighbors who then used them, and the same thing happened this time when a couple of my neighbors came by to see what a good job they did. It was definitely a Five Star job! These two young men were also great about answering any questions I had, and about giving me tips about spots and stains. I am a big coffee drinker and coffee stains are hard to get out, so they told me what to do immediately after a spill, and I really appreciated that. They were great representatives of their employer and I would definitely recommend Southwest Chem-Dry to anyone needing an excellent carpet cleaning company!
