We are immensely pleased with the results of our recent carpet cleaning. We have a light beige wool carpet in 4 rooms with 3 rooms having a high traffic areas. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years & desperately needed cleaning. Our carpet looks every bit as good after the cleaning as it did when new & none of the stains have returned after several weeks. The young man who did the job was on time, was very professional, explained the work to be done effectively & was very efficient. The cost was an exceptionally good value. We’ve used other carpet cleaners in the past but the results didn’t measure up to the results we got with Southwest ChemDry.
