This was my first time using Southwest Chem-Dry. I had a terrific experience. I liked that I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. James and Salamon were absolutely fabulous. They were smiling and very polite. They cleaned two carpets. The bedroom carpet turned out gorgeous. The family room carpet had had a bad stain, and they said if the stain came back within the next 30 days to call them, and they would treat it. They also did a three-cushion couch for me. My dog had sprayed in a little area in the corner of the carpet the previous day, and they cleaned that corner at no extra charge. They arrived early also. Everything went better than I could have expected.
