This was my first time using Southwest Chem-Dry. I hired them to shampoo the carpets in three bedrooms. Upon the first contact, this company was extremely responsive, scheduling an appointment right away. They were quick to get out and do the work. They were on time and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. The two technicians that arrived were very professional and friendly, just a real pleasure dealing with them. The carpets turned out very, very good and I am extremely pleased with the results. They managed to get all the stains out except for two and those were caused from wood stains and that is entirely not their fault! This was a perfect experience!
