Southwest Chem-Dry arrived on time and proceeded right to the work with no delay, no foolishness, and no joking around. And they did a beautiful job cleaning out red salsa stains from a light green carpet. That was our first time using them, and it was wonderful. We called them on a Sunday and they answered the phone right away--and the cleaner was here within an hour. He was respectful and here to do the job.
