They were terrific at Southwest Chem-Dry! I have used the Chem-Dry at my home in Louisville, Ky. for 30 years, and I just used them today here in Naples. The reason I called them here is that I had such a wonderful experience with the Chem-Dry in Louisville. And I had the same great experience today! They were very personable, on time for the appointment, and called when they were a little late. I was given a window of 8 to 9 a.m., but Chad called me a couple of times with updates because of some traffic issues, just to me know he was on his way.

The way Chad handled everything here was the same as in Louisville: They are very prompt, which matters a lot to me. I'm very appreciative when people are on time. Chad cleaned my carpets today and they look great. It appears that a great job was done. Louisville is terrific, and Naples was just as good! I really like Chad because he was terrific: the promptness, the calls, and the extreme good manners. He was training someone but took the time to fix my closet door. He is an asset to his company, one who represents the company really well. I would recommend and use them again because of Chad.
