I can't praise Southwest Chem-Dry enough! I needed to get my carpets cleaned after a couple of accidents left it with an unpleasant smell. The first company I sent it to did a horrible job and I couldn't see a difference. I found Southwest Chem-Dry in the phone book and liked that they described their cleaning process in the ad. They picked up my rug the same day I called and they delivered it right at 8am a couple days later. The rug came back totally clean and odor free. It was just perfect. Everyone I interacted with was cheery and wholesome. I highly recommend Southwest Chem-Dry!
