From the time I called Big Al's and spoke to Vicky, I knew I was working with a professional organization. Everything was spelled out and confirmed by email. Everything she said would happen did, on time and in a friendly and competent manner. Our three movers, called ahead, arrived on time and carefully wrapped, moved and set up our furniture. These guys are big and strong. Love them. And the cost was very reasonable. We recommend them highly and would call them again. BUT we hope not to need them. At our age, moving is too hard.
