We moved from Seattle to Scottsdale but we left our Steinway baby grand in storage in Seattle until we bought a house. Big Al showed up last week with our piano and it was in perfect condition. He even helped us figure out where to place it in the room. From the very beginning, Beth was very helpful and responsive in helping us get our piano out here. Great company!!!
