Big Al's coordinated moving my grand piano out of storage and delivering it into my living room some 300 miles away. This required communication between them and the storage company, and they handled it without any effort on my part. Throughout the process they were polite and responsive, and informed me of the timing window of delivery, including actual delivery day updates. Most importantly, they took utmost care of my piano - which I am now enjoying in my new home.
