Everything about Big Al's was great. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if allowed. Clearly, customer service is their watchword and Excellence their guiding principle.
For example, I had an antique and very idiosyncratically built china cabinet with a few stripped or missing screws that the team dealt with patiently and creatively: despite my worries and doubts, they got it apart and got it moved without damage.
On top of that, two of the team, Fayzonn and George, were so funny bantering back and forth, they kept the mood light at the same time they worked fast and very well together. 10 days later, I'm still smiling at some of their repartee.
Dealing with Big Al's makes me want my NEXT move to happen soon.

Seriously, though, I am so glad I called them. Some of the best service providers (in any category) I've ever met. Also, did I mention how efficient they were? The bid had allowed 8 "just in case" hours, but my job took them three.
