This was my second time using Big Als. The first time I would give 5 stars, this time 2. They didn’t staff with enough workers and of the 3 they sent, 2 were great, the other was physically unable to work very fast. He could often be found gasping for air in a corner of the house or in the truck. I felt bad for him. They took 6 hours to load a truck for a 2 bedroom house. In the unloading, they brought in another guy so it went faster. However, they didn’t reach my house until 9 pm because they had to drive an hour out of the to get to a weigh station since the move was based on weight. I’m not sure I would use them again
