We moved a week before Christmas on a day when it was supposed to rain. Big Als showed up on time, called ahead to let us know they were on the way. They did a walk through at each house to find out what was going and where it would end up. Then they got to work and we had some awkward big items up narrow steep stairs. They managed all of it and were cheerful the whole time. If they ran into a problem they let me know and we were able to talk them through on the tight fits with no damage to items or walls. They beat the rain, too and we were all moved by the time it hit.

All three guys were courteous and professional. They even swept the walk at the new house before bringing in items, so the leaves did not get carried into the house. It was a huge help to have them move what we could not, went quickly and well and we were very pleased with the service. We were not 100% ready, so we plan to have them do a second move for our garage and outdoor items.
