We were were very impressed with the movers. They were friendly and helpful and efficient. Very careful with our things.
The movers did a great job wrapping and moving our things. They were very careful with our property and pleasant to work with. We will recommend Big Al's to our friends.
Our only complaint was the amount of overtime. The guys arrived at 9:00 and did not leave the house until 4:50. That meant all the unloading was on time and a half. The final bill was well above the estimate.
We would have liked the option to have things delivered the next day on regular time.
