All businesses, big and small, could learn from Big Al's with respect to customer care. Ben, George and Gerald provided exceptional service on a local move from Camas to Stevenson. They were beyond courteous, polite, took care with our home's walls, door frames, and floors, and treated our furniture equally well. They had a particularly hard move of a dresser down a twisting flight of stairs (I couldn't watch...but ended up peeking). Unbelievable how they did it. These men are super-human strong! Not one bit of damage on either house or our possessions. They were also affable and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with them.
