Damaged furniture, poor attitude
We chose Big Al's based upon positive reviews, so we were stunned at the attitude, and upon destination arrival, all of our damaged furniture! Big Al's assumes no responsibility for the poor loading, which resulted in damaged furniture.
When asked if they planned to load heavy items on bottom, with lighter on top, the response was "do you want to load it yourself?" We should have asked them to leave at that time. Poorly wrapped furniture, and items not tied down, in addition to not loading washer / dryer, and furniture first, resulted in gauges in wood furniture, scratches, and dents (in washer). Damage estimated at $1500 +.
