I called, told them I need a new battery and made an appointment. They got me in right away, agreed with my assessment of what I needed and had me out of there within an hour. Didn't try to sell me any additional items, and yes a lot of garages try to do that, especially to woman. Good testing experience, I will go back when I need more.
