I have been with Bounce for 3 years. Never been late. As soon as I new there was going to be a problem paying in full on time I called. They assured me there was not going to be a problem paying when I told them I could pay. I made a payment by the 15th and told them tomorrow I would pay the rest. I got a phone call from them wanting their money immediately and said a disconnected letter was mailed. Apparently it doesn't matter if you make arrangements or not. It's done automatically. We are leaving Bounce. Good bye and good riddance. Treat your loyal customers like $@!#% and well they will go somewhere else. I don't mind paying the 135.00 bill for leaving them before contract ends. Run away from this crappy company.
