Reward Program is terrible!!!!
Been trying for over 14 months to get rewards for 8 accounts and still have not received any of the 18 month rewards and still waiting on 2 12 month rewards. Have called over 7 times with call ranging over 40 to 60+ minutes. Tried to get a supervisor above floor manager and was told by Floor Manager Jessica her manager DOES NOT talk to customers????? WOW!!!!
