Honestly one of the best electric companies I've used. I've received all of my rewards and my bill is usually around $60 a month, so when I get the $50 bill credits in rewards, I either pay about $10 bucks or my electricity for that month or its completely free :) I've never had an issue with customer service, but one thing I do is always click the "new customer" option, it's much quicker to get to an agent that way! When I first signed up I got a $75 bill credit using coupon code 1589531 plus another $75 in rewards, my family members have all used this coupon code and have gotten the same bill credit.
