They just were very knowledgeable and friendly at Floor Coverings Intl. The staff kept in contact with me and had good follow up, and just did everything right. They visited the job site and, if there were any concerns, they addressed them on the spot. The quality of work was outstanding, and there were no damages; sometimes, laying carpet can damage the floorboards but there wasn't even a scratch.

Floor Coverings International replaced the entire house with flooring--including carpets, laminate, and vinyl flooring. The sales staff was outstanding and gave me a quote based on what we chose. If we felt the price was too high, they gave us comparable items in look but lower in price. The flooring was wonderful, and everyone that came through the house loved the flooring.
