This was our first time using Floor Coverings International. We checked around at some other companies and went with this one because they were a smaller, family type company and seemed to be more trustworthy than the big companies. Also, we got like 5 quotes and their prices were about the best. The sales person came to our home and showed us a lot of different options. He was very helpful and seemed to know a lot about the flooring. We ended up putting wood flooring in the living area, dining room, hallway, and one closet. We put Alterna tile in 2 entryways, the front and back door, a closet, and the kitchen. We are very happy with our new floors. The crew was great. The job took 4 days from start to finish and they were always on time, polite, and very professional. They showed nothing but respect for us and our home. We would absolutely recommend them to other people.
