We used Floor Coverings International to install new hardwood floors in our kitchen. They started from scratch so they didn't have to remove any old flooring. They did a great job on the floor, but, about a month later it started to discolor. I called them up and told them about the problem and they explained that it was a new stain they had used. They apologized and came back the next day to take care of it without any hassle. I liked Matt so much. He broke everything down for us and offered a lot of different choices which made it really easy for us to choose exactly what we wanted. We were so happy with our new floor and the way they handled everything that we called them again a couple months later to have them come back out and install new carpeting for us. We would recommend them to other people.
