The guy who came out was really nice and the tile was cleaned well. Unfortunately the grout wasn't. Almost 500$ for 2 hours work and the grout is simply just as dirty. For a company that touts its ability to clean difficult grout, I was really disappointed that a simple job wasn't completed well. When you pay less for a lawyer per hour, I expected better.
