Deschutes Plumbing Co, LLC recently did a project for me. I have been using them for quite some time after the company had changed ownership. I had them come out to evaluate an instant hot water valve that had stopped working. The technician was a lovely gentleman, showed up on time and was quite knowledgeable. He returned and installed the part that needed fixing and everything turned out great. I definitely will use them again in the future and have no problem recommending them to others. I think the only reason that I would give them a "less than perfect" rating is that this last visit they gave me a substantial charge for essentially a five-minute evaluation. This was the second time that I had them come out to address the instant hot water valve and replace it. So since the first time, it still did not work properly. It bothered me that they charged me for a full home visit just to ascertain that the thing was leaking and needed to be replaced. I felt that was not really a plumbing visit. This was a prelude. So since this happened twice I was charged twice.
