I used Deschutes Plumbing once based on an internet referral. I was remodeling a bathroom and needed them to change out a shower valve. They did a pretty good job except they didn't get the valve to the right depth, so I had to redo some of it. It's okay because I'm pretty handy and could do that part. I have another bathroom that needs remodeling and I may have to call Deschutes Plumbing back again. I don't have too many choices here in the area.
