I had a terrible experience with Deschutes Plumbing Inc. On the phone I explained the two jobs I needed taken care of very clearly. The person who came out first started to work on my water heater and represented himself as an expert in tankless water heaters. After a while he admitted he didn't know what he was doing and then worked with the factory technician for about an hour. When he was done the issue was even worse than when he started. Much later on when I had the issue fixed by a competing company, they were able to tell me what he had done wrong. Not only did he not fix the problem, he made it worse and they charged me about $200 for it. The second job was to go under the house to put in a hose bib. I made sure to communicate over the phone the logistics of the job and they assured me they were sending someone who could manage it. When I explained to the technician what I needed he told me he couldn't crawl under the house because he was over 60 years old. So calling Deschutes resulted in no progress at all and actually made one of my problems worse. Needless to say I was not happy with this experience at all. I would recommend you look elsewhere for plumbing service.
